Hello, hi & welcome back! I'm so excited to share my free crochet pattern for this Easy Velvet Scarf! These crocheted scarves are so soft and cozy, making the perfect handmade gift idea. Using bulky velvet yarn adds a hint of luxury and also makes this crochet project work up very quickly. I LOVE how this pattern design turned out and I'm making them for myself in several colors!
This Easy Velvet Scarf Crochet Pattern is comprised of one large rectangle worked with half double crochet and joined together with a slip stitched seam. The finished scarf measures approximately 17 inches long by 8 inches wide when lying flat. This crochet pattern can be adjusted to be larger or smaller by increasing or decreasing the base chain stitches and/or the number of total rows.
